The Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria signed a cooperation protocol with “QNB” Al-Ahly Life Assurance Company, to facilitate access for members of the Chamber of Commerce to the various insurance services provided by the company.
Ahmed Al-Wakeel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria, said that the aim of the protocol is to improve the financial services provided to the members of the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria, and to set up mechanisms and frameworks for joint cooperation between “QNB” Al-Ahly Life Insurance Company and the Alexandria Chamber.
He pointed out that this protocol is not the first of its kind, as the “Alexandria Chamber” signed a cooperation protocol in last August of 2020 with QNB Al-Ahly Bank, aimed at facilitating the necessary financing procedures for members of the Chamber wishing to obtain financing from the bank, and these steps Taken by the Chamber, it comes in line with the state’s directives for digital transformation and the application of financial inclusion rules in all economic and commercial dealings and to support and facilitate financing of small, medium and micro enterprises.
Amr Al-Shimi, managing director of “QNB” Al-Ahly Life Insurance, said that the protocol will provide the Chamber with innovative insurance services for a large segment of traders.
