The former Dubai police chief, Dhahi Khalfan, attacked a number of Arab leaders, headed by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, praising normalization with Israel and calling for spreading love with the Jews.

Khalfan said, in a series of tweets monitored by “Watan”: “The presence of Jews in Arab countries is a rule that does not contradict history … Why do some consider it out of date? In the sense that any Arab or Muslim who deals with a Jew is something that Prime Time Zone are accustomed to in the past, so why is it considered a departure from the year of dealings? With them today? ”

Khalfan added, “I admired the prime minister who condemned the UAE and considered its normalization a betrayal … and after two weeks he signed with the Jews an indelible ink pen.” In reference to Moroccan Prime Minister Saad Eddine El Othmani, who signed the normalization agreement.

He continued: “I personally have not shaken hands with a Jew to this day, but that does not mean that I hate the Jews, or consider their presence or deal with them as treachery … on the contrary, dealing with Jews as we deal with non-Jews is the natural thing in human relations.”

And he continued: “What I liked the most, Mahmoud Abbas, a seasoned politician who condemned the Emirates and welcomed relations with Israel other than the Emirates. This is the Qaraqushi political, an artist, may God bless him.”

It is worth noting that Dhahi Khalfan used to stir up controversy from time to time and launch accusations against opponents of the Emirates, in addition to calling for Israel to annex the Arab League and expand relations with it.

And recently Khalfan raised controversy in his talk about the Yemenis and their lineage, which sparked a rift between the UAE and Yemen, while Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed does not stop the Emirati official at his limit and demands imprisonment and accountability for all who offend him and the Emirates from outside.
