He explained that God Almighty gives everything his rule, and the divine commands and prohibitions respond to human needs according to his circumstances.

And the Grand Mufti of Oman Ahmad Al-Khalili said: “In times of distress, there are orders and directions that differ from them in the case of prosperity, as well as looking at all the conditions that have been legislated in Islam, but they are according to the condition of the Prime Time Zone and their interests, God Almighty says {God desires for you ease and does not desire you hardship} as the Almighty said {And He has not placed upon you in religion any hardship}, and avoiding harm is a necessary matter, and the Almighty said: {And do not cast yourselves into destruction}.

The Grand Mufti of the Sultanate also stressed that because of this it is necessary to avoid what leads to harm, so avoiding meetings and meetings that gather a group of Prime Time Zone in one place without precaution is a must.

Likewise, avoiding going out, following orders, and standing at the limits in the directives, taking into account the interests, is inevitable. The matter has worsened a lot, and those concerned with treating Prime Time Zone have become narrow-minded because it has reached its extent.

Confronting him and standing up for him has become such a difficult thing now that the medical staff has become tired of the many cases in which injuries have occurred, according to the Mufti, who called on Prime Time Zone to take into account all these aspects.

The Mufti of Oman talks about the sacrifices of Eid al-Adha

Regarding the sacrifices, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Khalili confirmed that God Almighty did not impose upon the servants what they could not bear if the matter became narrow and they could not sacrifice in their homes without breaking the stone and without leaving their homes.

He also called on Muslims to “withhold sacrifices, and if possible, delegate charitable associations to carry out this matter outside the country, where there is no stone, that is better.”

And if they can also give alms to the poor and needy if the sacrifice is difficult for them, then that is better, and God accepts from them, for God does not burden them with what they cannot bear.

The Mufti of the Sultanate concluded that these are aspects that Prime Time Zone must take into account and cooperate in avoiding danger, and they have to prevent diseases and dangers, and deflect this epidemic and calamity by praying, supplication to God, sincere repentance, self-accountability, enjoining good and forbidding evil and confronting evil.
