Hind Al-Qahtani appeared in a video that she published from inside her car, while she was driving and wearing a green dress, placing the Saudi flag behind her on the chair, and dancing to the tunes of Saudi sheilas.
In another snap, Hind Al-Qahtani’s daughter appeared as she was celebrating the Saudi National Day.

Saudi National Day 91
The National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which falls on September 23 of each year, is the day on which King Abdulaziz, the founding King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issued a decision to transfer the name of the country from the Kingdom of Hejaz, Najd and its annexes to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that we know today.
The National Day season is one of the seasons in Saudi Arabia that it organizes throughout the year, and it is held to celebrate the Kingdom’s National Day.
The season initiative was implemented for the first time in 2019, 14 years after the establishment of an official holiday for the National Day in 2005.
The season lasts for several days, ending on September 23, and contains various events held in all regions of the Kingdom, including fireworks, concerts, festivals, international shows, forums, and others.
Shocking scenes of harassment on Saudi National Day
The celebrations of the 91st Saudi National Day witnessed shocking incidents of harassment of young girls in the streets of the Kingdom, which aroused the condemnation and condemnation of many.
One of the videos revealed that a blonde girl, who was wearing an orange cloak, was harassed, and the clip clearly shows someone coming towards her and touching her from behind, while one of the young men was trying to defend her and keep the harassers away.

What is the punishment for harassment in Saudi Arabia?
According to the Saudi Public Prosecution, the penalty for harassment is up to two years in prison and a fine of 100,000 riyals (about $27,000).
The prosecution explained on its Twitter page that “the crime of harassment is committed by every word, act or sign issued by a person towards another with a sexual connotation that touches his body or his honor, or outrages his modesty, directly or indirectly, including technical means.”
The prosecution also confirmed that “the penalty is imprisonment for a period of two years and a fine of up to one hundred thousand riyals, and it will be tightened if it is repeated.”
Modify the anti-harassment system
And at the beginning of this year 2021, the official “SPA” agency reported that the Kingdom’s Council of Ministers held a meeting headed by the Saudi King, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, where he approved a package of decisions, including adding a paragraph to Article VI of the anti-harassment crime system.
And this paragraph states: “The ruling determining the penalties referred to in this article may include a provision to publish its summary at the expense of the convict in one or more local newspapers, or in any other appropriate means, according to the gravity of the crime and its impact on society, provided that Publication shall be after the judgment acquires the final character.
