The “Zaha Park” project is located on an area of 7200 square meters, and is implemented in two phases and consists of 10 floors, and the first stage includes 3 commercial floors with a total area of 6400 square meters, and areas ranging between 35 and up to 200 square meters, with an average of 30 shops for one floor, and the stage The second includes 7 medical and administrative floors with a total area of 17 thousand square meters, with areas ranging from 32 to 200 square meters.
