Inauguration of two developed branches of the Agricultural Bank of Egypt in Samanoud and Abu Sir


The Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Dr. Tarek Rahmi, Governor of Gharbia, and Alaa Farouk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Agricultural Bank, inaugurated two developed branches of the bank, one in the city of Samanoud, and the other in the village of Abu Sir, with the aim of providing distinguished advanced services to farmers and breeders and facilitating them.

Al-Qaseer, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, and Dr. Tarek Rahmi, Governor of Gharbia, inspected the construction works of the Agricultural Services Center in the village of Nahtay in Zefta Center, as part of the projects of the Presidential Initiative A Decent Life, launched by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic to develop the Egyptian countryside and improve the standard of living of small farmers and educators.

The Minister of Agriculture stressed that the initiative for a decent life, launched by President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, and implemented by the government at a cost of more than 700 billion pounds, will change the face of Egyptian rural life, as it aims primarily to develop and develop the villages of the Egyptian countryside, improve the level of services provided to its children, and raise the burden. their shoulders, especially in the areas most in need of services, in a way that contributes to achieving comprehensive development in rural communities and eradicating multi-dimensional poverty in order to provide a decent and sustainable life for citizens at the level of the Republic, and to raise their social, economic and environmental level.

Al-Qusair explained that the initiative’s projects are being carried out extremely quickly, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, pointing out that the integrated agricultural services centers that are currently being implemented are of a special nature, so they have been separated from the government services complex, as they will include all agricultural and veterinary services, and all the services it provides. The agricultural sector, in order to provide distinguished services of high quality, and unprecedented time, to facilitate the farmers and breeders.

For his part, Dr. Tariq Rahmi, Governor of Gharbia, said that the initiative for a decent life is being implemented in Gharbia Governorate in many different fields, such as agriculture, health, education, youth and other various services aimed at developing rural villages and providing distinguished services, pointing out that the construction is constantly monitored. The initiative in the targeted villages in the governorate, for the speed of its implementation, with the aim of raising the efficiency of services provided to citizens and developing the infrastructure in the most needy villages at the level of the villages and centers of the governorate.
