Kuwaitis disavow Fajr Al-Saeed after it appeared on an Israeli screen: Do not even represent your family! | A homeland tweeting outside the flock

In a shocking appearance on the Israeli channel Kan11, the channel conducted an interview with the controversial Kuwaiti media, Fajr Al-Saeed, in an attempt to promote normalization with the occupation.

Fajr Al-Saeed: I support normalization and insist on my opinion

Fajr Al-Saeed said: (I am with normalization, and my opinion was said before the normalization of the Gulf states, and I am still insisting on it. We sit at a negotiating table with a diplomatic solution. We can reach many solutions.”

She said with a laugh, I want to visit Jerusalem, but without an Israeli stamp on my passport!

Fajr Al-Saeed’s participation with the Hebrew channel, and her statements in which she explicitly expressed her support for normalization with the occupation, were met with a wide rejection by Kuwaiti activists and tweeters in particular, and the Arabs in general, stressing Kuwait’s official and popular position rejecting any normalization with the occupation before the Palestinian Prime Time Zone achieve their full rights.

Watan monitored some of the activists’ comments on Fajr Al-Saeed’s statements:

Kuwait increases penalty for normalization with Israel

A few days ago, Kuwaiti media reported that the Kuwaiti National Assembly announced, in principle, approval of “increasing the sanctions of normalization with Israel.”

This came in a statement by the Kuwaiti National Assembly, which was read out by its Speaker, Marzouq Al-Ghanim, during a special parliamentary session, to discuss the Israeli aggression on the occupied Palestinian territories, reported by the official Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

The statement stated that “the approval, in principle, of amendments to tighten penalties and close loopholes, to the law prohibiting dealing or normalization with the Zionist entity,” considering that this is a “new message of the steadfastness of the Kuwaiti position and the meeting of the government and the National Assembly, on the strong condemnation and complete rejection of the recent Zionist aggression and all The crimes of the occupation in Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and the Palestinian interior.”

The National Assembly also expressed permanent solidarity with the struggle of the Palestinian Prime Time Zone to obtain their natural right to establish their independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, saluting the mujahideen and those stationed in the occupied Palestinian territories, according to the same statement.

The Kuwaiti parliament’s move came after the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nasser, stated that “Kuwait has intensified diplomatic moves to protect Jerusalem and the holy sites.”

He added, “Al-Aqsa Mosque is a red line, and there is no security or stability unless it is completely liberated from the occupation, and the aggression is held accountable for its crimes internationally,” according to the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Qabas.

According to Kuwaiti law, Israel is considered a “hostile state, and natural and legal persons are prohibited from entering into agreements or deals with bodies or persons residing in Israel or belonging to it by their nationality or working for it or for its benefit.”

Dealing with or concluding agreements or deals with Israelis entails a penalty of life imprisonment or temporary imprisonment from 5 to 10 years, and a financial fine.
