Marota Real Estate Development has contracted with Sabbour Engineering Consultants to review the designs and supervise the implementation of the Mastro project in the New Administrative Capital.
The contract was signed by the Syrian businessman Ayman Al-Ghafir, the Egyptian businessman Tarek Khalil, the owners and founders of the “Marota” company, and the engineer Omar Sabbour, the vice-chairman of the Sabbour Engineering Consulting Company.
Engineer Walid Selim, head of the engineering sector at Marota, said that the “Maastro” commercial project is located on an area of 5.2 thousand square meters, in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, and the construction area of the project is about 19 thousand meters, with investments close to 800 million pounds.
He added that the company assigned the project design work to the designer Raef Fahmy’s office, and the implementation supervision work to the Sabbour Consulting Office.
Selim explained that the administrative capital is at the forefront of investment destinations in Egypt and the Arab region and is witnessing an unprecedented construction boom, and it has received a great demand from clients and investors in light of the government and political leadership’s interest in the project.
