Mercon Real Estate Development is studying the launch of a new project in the Administrative Capital, as part of the company’s expansion plan in the real estate market during the coming period.
Ahmed Imbabi, Vice-Chairman of the company’s board of directors, said that Mercon signed a management and operation contract for the “Pavo Tower” and “G7” projects with “EFS MISR” company, a subsidiary of the international “EFS” specialized in managing integrated facilities and commercial malls.
He added that EFS provides an integrated set of facilities management and maintenance services in Egypt, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Turkey, and has 26 branches in 21 countries and manages about 300 projects for a number of major companies and government agencies.
Imbabi explained that the “Pavo Tower” project is located in the central business district of the Administrative Capital, and is built on an area of 4,000 square meters, with a height of 14 floors, with administrative commercial activity, and is developed within 3 years. The company offers different installment systems up to 10% down payment, and payment periods of 15 general.
