In response to a question about the impact of raising energy prices on commodities, Al-Moselhi indicated that the world is currently suffering from the negative repercussions of the Corona pandemic, which has suspended agricultural and industrial production in Europe and America for two years, but the current period and with the increase in vaccination rates against the Corona virus worldwide The return of life began gradually in terms of high rates of supply and demand, pointing out that the ministry succeeded during the Corona crisis in providing and making basic commodities available and maintaining prices unchanged, but it may have to only respond to global changes.
He stressed that Egypt will not advance without the citizen’s participation in the existing problems, and the need for him to respond to the procedures followed by the state to provide basic commodities, even if a limited increase in prices is required.
