The player, Mohamed Sharif, said during a televised press interview, “I will not leave for European professionalism without the approval of Al-Ahly’s board of directors, and I have no objection to going into the external experience, but I will only move to a major league and a strong team that plays in the Champions League.”

And Sharif added, “I am currently thinking about Al-Ahly Club, not the Gulf or European professionalism, and I am not thinking about the recent offer presented to me by the Turkish Galata Sari team, which was covered by the media in the last period in order to include me.”

Mohamed Sherif was crowned the African Champions League top scorer with 6 goals, after the Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced.
