And Al-Khelaifi added, “Paris Saint-Germain respects the rules of fair play during the transfer season for players, so we did not worry about this.”

These statements came after the Czechs failed to adhere to the rules of fair financial play in France, after the Paris club managed to hold a number of historical pages, most notably the inclusion of Barcelona legend Lionel Messi and Moroccan international Ashraf Hakimi.
