The President directed to continue raising the efficiency of the petroleum products and services system, and to expand investments in the petroleum sector with the aim of enhancing the capacity of this important investment field in supporting the national economy and securing the needs of the local market.
The meeting witnessed a review of the most prominent developments in petroleum projects at the level of the Republic, especially with regard to the current cooperation situation with international oil companies, in the field of research, exploration and new discoveries in the field of energy, in addition to the continuous efforts to provide the petroleum products necessary to advance production and development in the country.
