Yaqoot: The real estate registry is waiting for the legislation document that will start work through it
Jamal Yaqout, head of the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department, said that a citizen who owns an apartment with a primary contract and the land on which the property is located is registered in which it is permissible to transfer the registration of buildings by raising a validity invitation and enforcing the primary purchase contract.
