The world’s top scorer, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, 36, escaped from being sent off from the match after assaulting the Ireland player, as part of the fourth round of the European qualifiers for the World Cup 2022.

Madeira’s missile angered Ronaldo strongly in the 15th minute of the first half of the match, to attack the Irish defender “Dara O’Shea”, where he hit him on the shoulder level for the latter kicked the ball before Ronaldo hit the penalty kick in the net of his opponent, Ireland.
Don Ronaldo was not sent off after this behavior, while he failed to score through the penalty kick obtained by Portugal.
