Eng. Abdul Aziz Muhammad Abdo Yamani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Smla and Alam Al-Rom Urban Development Company”, confirmed that the company has no intention of selling lands, and is awaiting the issuance of building permits from the concerned authorities to complete the development of its project in the North Coast.
Yamani denied a front-page story published by Al-Borsa newspaper on Sunday, January 10, 2021, regarding the existence of negotiations with a Kuwaiti company for the sale of 1,100 acres owned by the “Smla and Roman Science for Urban Development” company in the northern coast.
Yamani said that the news is not true, and we do not have any connection or negotiations completely with the company mentioned in the news, or with any other party regarding this matter.
