The Agriculture Committee of the House of Representatives explained that the draft law comes within a comprehensive plan by the state to develop and improve the performance system of its affiliates, and to implement a comprehensive administrative reform plan, including the development and restructuring of some bodies affiliated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, in order to enable them to fully fulfill their responsibilities. .

The committee confirmed its agreement in principle to the draft law, provided that the articles will be discussed in detail in the upcoming meetings, and some deputies asked the representative of the government to present a clearer explanatory note for the bill, to clarify its objectives and philosophy.
