Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, held a meeting with the American “HKS” office, which specializes in health facilities and medical centers, and the meeting focused on how to use international operators to manage an integrated medical city in the New Administrative Capital.
The minister pointed out that it is intended to provide services at the highest level in our new cities, on top of which is medical services, and therefore the best expertise in these sectors is sought, in a way that contributes to providing distinguished services to the Egyptian citizen.
The Minister of Housing continued his meetings in the American capital, Washington, with the global advisory office that is in charge of designing the residential towers project in the new city of El Alamein, which will be implemented by the Chinese company “CSCEC”.
The Minister of Housing said: All project details have been reviewed, and the commitment to provide the executive drawings on time so that the contracting company can speed implementation has been emphasized.
He added that the project consists of 5 fully-finished residential towers and services, overlooking an industrial lake, and includes the iconic tower with a height of 250 meters, “68 floors” with a total surface area of 465 thousand square meters, and 4 towers with a height of 200 meters for the tower, “56 floors”, with a total surface of 320 thousand square meters. This is similar to the towers of the central business district in the Administrative Capital, with self-financing from the New Urban Communities Authority.
