Al-Saeed instructed the necessity to ascertain the conditions of eligibility, review the data of the applicants, and ensure that all those eligible for the grant receive the amounts set for them, whether through post offices or a mobile phone wallet, in accordance with the conditions of eligibility set by the committee and agreed upon.
