Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, inspected today the works of the Maspero Triangle development project.
Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, gave a presentation on the residential towers project and implementation rates, during which he mentioned that the project is being implemented on an area of 6 acres.
He added that the towers project is being implemented within the Maspero Triangle area development project, and the project consists of a basement floor with an area of 19.2 thousand square meters, with a capacity of 353 cars, a commercial ground floor with an area of 16.9 thousand meters, and the floor of the first “upper garage” with an area of 15.8 thousand meters with a capacity of 280 cars. And two towers for alternative housing for those who live in the “Maspero Triangle” area who agreed to return to it after its development, and each consists of 18 residential homes with a total of 468 housing units, and the implementation rate is about 74%, and a third tower with a height of 23 residential homes with a total of 134 housing units, Its implementation rate was about 72%, and a fourth administrative tower consisting of a basement and a commercial ground floor, and 15 recurring floors with a total flat area of 10.2 thousand meters, and the implementation rate was about 63%.
Dr. Mustafa Madbouly toured the alternative housing towers project for those who chose from among the residents of the area to return to it after its development, and saw models for finishing some of its units from the inside and outside.
At the end of his tour, he stressed the need to accelerate the implementation rates of the ongoing development, stressing that these projects are being followed up by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, first-hand, with the aim of restoring the civilized face of Cairo and enabling it to perform its historical and cultural role.
He praised the implementation and finishing of residential units at the highest level, stressing that the state has achieved an achievement in this thorny file, in which everyone came out as a winner, as we said at the beginning of the negotiations with the occupants of the units here, which earned everyone confidence in the development work carried out by the state.
