Today, Sunday, the main Saudi stock index closed down 25.31 points to close at 11,566.02 points, with transactions worth 7.5 billion riyals.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) stated that the volume of traded shares amounted to 205 million shares, shared by more than 340,000 deals, in which the shares of 27 companies recorded an increase in their value, while the shares of 172 companies closed down.
The shares of Chemanol, Al-Rajhi, Saudi Ceramics, Al Hammadi, and Yansab were the highest gainers, while the shares of Textile, Fisheries, Wataniya, Takween and Enaya companies had the most decliners in trading, as the rise and fall rates ranged between 3.23% and 9.65%.
The shares of Dar Al-Arkan, Saudi Kayan, Seera, Alinma, and Emaar companies were the most active in terms of quantity, while the shares of Al-Rajhi, SABIC, Saudi Kayan, Naseej, and Saudi Aramco were the most active in value.
The Saudi parallel stock index (Nomu) closed today, down 554.04 points, to close at 23010.91 points, with transactions worth 35 million riyals, and the volume of traded shares reached 315 thousand shares, which were shared by 1476 deals.
