Abdul-Jawad: 60% of the project will be marketed and the handover will begin in 2023
The Vantage Company for Urban Development invests EGP 1.25 billion in the “Century City” project in New Cairo, and the company has launched a new housing project in Sheikh Zayed City.
Mohamed Abdel-Gawad, president of the Vantage Urban Development Company, said that the company had completed marketing 60% of the total units of the “Century City” project, which it began marketing at the end of 2019, and achieved targeted sales.
He added that the company is working to achieve high rates of construction in the project during the current year, and it is targeted to deliver units from 2023.
Abdel-Gawad pointed out that the units of “Century City” are fully finished, and payment terms are granted for the project up to 10 years, and the installments start from 10,000 pounds per month.
He said that “Century City” is being built on an area of 12.5 acres on South Teseen Street in the Fifth Settlement. The building percentage of the project is 25% of the total area and includes residential buildings.
He added that the heights of the buildings are ground and 5 floors, and unit areas range from 98 to 285 meters.
