O Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported late on Monday, 30, that he managed to remove two Brazilians, and their families, from the Afghanistan. According to the government, the operation was carried out in conjunction with the Itamaraty. Last Thursday, one of the Brazilians, accompanied by five Afghan relatives, was evacuated to Spain, after steps taken by the Foreign Ministry with the German and Spanish governments. On August 29, the second Brazilian and his six Afghan family members were transported to Pakistan, in a ground operation conducted by the Brazilian Embassy in Islamabad in coordination with the Pakistani government. Everyone is fine and safe. Itamaraty informed that it continues to monitor the situation of Brazilian citizens who have decided to stay in the country.
