The president of USA, Joe Biden, must meet virtually with the Chinese leader Xi Jinping still this year. The information was confirmed after a meeting of the US national security secretary, Jake Sullivan, and the main diplomat of the China, Yang Jiechi, on Wednesday, 6. The meeting between world leaders has yet to take place. However, it is possible that the meeting will take place in person, in Senegal, during the month of November, when a Cooperation Forum between China and Africa should take place. The possibility is that Joe Biden will attend the country for a face-to-face meeting with the Chinese president. On Wednesday, Yang Jiechi said that “when China and the United States cooperate, both countries and the world will benefit. But when China and the US face off, the two countries and the world will suffer seriously.”
