Judge Jaiza Fraxe, from the 1st Federal Civil Court of Amazonas, who had prohibited the so-called “queue breakers” from taking the second dose of the vaccine, said on Twitter, on February 11, that anyone who failed to comply with the determination may suffer improbity sentences . “The information is that the Federal Justice did not authorize any ‘queer-breaker’ to remain in the illicit, not complying with the National Immunization Plan of the MS (Ministry of Health). People are dying because of this type of behavior. Gabrielle was appointed as a “project manager” on January 18, the day before the vaccination started. Isabelle, in the same position, was appointed on January 19, the same day she was immunized. On the 11th, the Bill 25/21, by deputy Fernando Rodolfo (PL-PE), which typifies crimes of violation of the immunization plan, was approved at the Plenary of the Chamber; embezzlement of vaccines, medicinal or therapeutic goods; and corruption in the immunization plan.
