At least six people were sent to the Emergency Room in Barueri; Fire Department operates on site
At least six people were injured this Saturday, 17, after the collapse of the mezzanine floor of a store in a shopping center in Alphaville, in Santana de Parnaíba, metropolitan region of São Paulo. The accident was registered around 12:08. O Fire Department is at the site with eight vehicles and 24 agents from the Action Group on Emergencies and Disasters (GAED). The six victims were sent to the Emergency Room José Agostinho dos Santos Parque Imperial, in Barueri, and four were displaced by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu). According to information from the corporation, one of the victims is 40 years old and was treated with skull injuries. Another 17-year-old person was referred to hospital with suspected leg fracture.
