Federal Public Ministry considers that parliamentarian incited animosity between Armed Forces and STF, conducts that are not protected by parliamentary immunity
The Attorney General’s Office denounced, on Wednesday, 17, the deputy Daniel Silveira (PSL-RJ) to the Supreme Federal Court (STF). According to the complaint, signed by the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic, Humberto Jacques de Medeiros, since he became the target of the investigation, the deputy adopted as a strategy to launch verbal aggressions and serious threats, on social networks, against ministers who they will appreciate the investigation that investigates the organization of anti-democratic acts, seeking to coerce them by intimidation and, with this, to discourage, in their favor, the application of criminal law.
