Cities across Brazil registered demonstrations against the federal government this Sunday
A Military police from São Paulo arrested six protesters during the protest against President Jair Bolsonaro (no party) in the capital of São Paulo. One of them, held in Paulista Avenue, was with an English punch. The other five were taken to the police station for “having prohibited materials at the demonstration”. This time, however, there were no episodes of vandalism. In the protest last June 19, two bank branches were destroyed in the Paulista region. Cities across Brazil registered demonstrations against the federal government this Sunday, 24. Bolsonaro’s impeachment and the purchase of more vaccines were requested.
