Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP) used his Twitter account on Tuesday night, 7th, to report that he presented it to Federal Supreme Court (STF) a news-crime against Jair Bolsonaro (no party). The senator wants the president of the republic to be investigated for “an attack on the constitutional order, democracy and the separation of powers”. This afternoon, during participation in acts of the Independence Day, the head of the Executive returned to attack the ministers Alexandre de Moraes e Luiz Fux. On Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, he even called Moraes a “scoundrel”. “He still has time to redeem himself. You still have time to file your inquiries. Come out, Alexandre de Moraes, stop being a scoundrel. Stop oppressing the Brazilian people, stop censoring your people. Either fit in or ask to leave”, he fired.

In the publication, Randolfe Rodrigues said that Bolsonaro will also be investigated about possible financing of the acts of this Tuesday and for using public money in favor of the demonstrations. In addition, the senator claims to have asked the STF to open an inquiry against the president, for “his grave threat” to the functioning of the judiciary “for the use of public resources to finance his coup carnival”, completed Randolfe, who had earlier criticized the president for the value of fuel and staple foods through their social networks.
