London: Rashmi Samant, an Indian student at Oxford University, has created a sensation. Rashmi won a landslide victory in the Oxford University student body elections. Rashmi set a record as the first Indian to be elected as a student body president. Rashmi graduated from Manipal University, Karnataka.
