O People’s Stock Exchange, of the government of São Paulo, released the payment through the Gas Valley e do SP welcomes. The two cash transfer programs aim to help people in vulnerable situations and in need of help in the pandemic. In case of SP welcomes, the goal is to help those who have lost loved ones to the Covid-19. More than 15 thousand families registered in CadÚnico and with a monthly income of up to three minimum wages are eligible to receive the benefit. R$27 million were invested, which will be paid in six installments of R$300 between July and December — totaling R$1,800.

In relation to the Gas Valley, it is aimed at families registered in CadÚnico, who do not receive Bolsa Família, live in favelas and have a per capita income of R$178. In total, 104 families will benefit, impacting 500,000 people. In all, more than 30 million were invested. Each family will receive three installments of R$100, one every two months — in July, September and November. To register, access the website, choose the desired program and enter the NIS number.
