Washington: President Joe Biden has made key remarks that the representation of people of Indian descent in the United States is increasing day by day. He recalled that Indian Americans had a place in his administration, and that there were people of Indian descent in every department of government. Recently, Biden addressed a conference hosted by the US space agency NASA in a virtual manner.
Fifty days after Biden took office, 55 Indian – American Americans have been appointed to key posts. Referring to this, Biden said, “Their descendants from India are expanding in the country. You (Swati Mohan), my Vice President (Kamala Harris), wrote my speech (Vinay Reddy)… are all of Indian origin. They are behind the rover landing safely on Mars. ”
